Dear Customers, Elvanos Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your are hold, unfortunately we can't accept the return or exchange. If your are not satisfied we'll take it back! we are here to help you have the best experience. If you purchased from us and you're not happy we have a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What's the Condition of eligible for a Return?
To be eligible for a return, Items must be original packaging with full boxes and accessories. Your gadgets must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
What to do, When my gadgets was damaged or defective or received incorrect items?
In case of defective/incorrect/missing items/damage items, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new or correct one. If there was an issue with the your gadgets you received, kindly contact our support at info@elvanos.com

First of all, When you received the defective/incorrect/missing items/damage items. And then please send an email at info@elvanos.com. We will contact with you as soon as possible.
What is the restocking fee?
We don't take any restocking fee.

There are no cost for return shipping.

Refund Policy
