very good value for money as adding salt, sugar, msg, and cornflour to it has made my cooking so much easier, faster, and therefore more enjoyable. look and feel like strong durable plastic that's crystal clear, definitely thick plastic, only thing I'd like is longer spoon handles that stick out of the jars, had to use my own spoons because the spoons are small enough to fall into the jars
